Well it took me about 7 hours to complete everything, though I didn't do it all in one day of course but this is a soul collector that I made to go with my Kikyo costume for Animix 09 in July and it is all hand sewn by me of course.
It's about 5.5 feet long and the legs have easy bending metal rods in them so that I can position the legs however I want to, I also am going to be making a soul for it to hold but I haven't had the time to do that yet with all the things I have on my plate right now. I will add some more pictures once I have the soul done and I will also add a picture of me and my fiance cosplaying as kikyo and inuyasha at the suncoast event we went to where I took this prop with me.

I want to make one of these soul collectors for my own Kikyo cosplay... I have an idea of how to make the body, but how did you attach the legs to yours? That is the only tip I need... the rest seems fairly simple to do as I go along. ^_^
